A Wyoming employment contract agreement manages a working relationship between an employer and an individual hired to fulfill a duty in exchange for monetary compensation. An employer can use an employment contract to outline their conditions which subsequently dictate how the individual will operate. The contract should mention the individual’s duties, the salary they can expect to receive, the frequency at which payments will be distributed, and many other details pertaining to terms of employment.
