A California single-member LLC operating agreement is a legal document that outlines the standard operating procedures of any member-managed company or business.
This document provides protections to the owner that, without it, could leave the owner’s personal property and the business, vulnerable to litigation proceedings, should the owner ever be presented with such a scenario.
