A Missouri single-member LLC operating agreement is a legal document intended for the single owner of a limited liability company. The agreement enables the owner to plan out and record the internal operations of the business. It also lets them separate their personal property from the business’s obligations, enumerate rights and duties of the managers, establish who may act on the company’s behalf, and more. Missouri law requires an LLC owner to complete an operating agreement.
