A Mississippi multi-member LLC operating agreement is used by owners of an LLC to outline their relationships as they relate to the business and establish the company’s general operations. The document lets owners set their percentage interests and valuations in the company, and, in turn, allows them to allocate profits and losses among themselves. The agreement also lets owners designate their rights and duties, as well as set terms on many related issues.
