The Oklahoma single-member LLC operating agreement is a legal document that is utilized by the sole proprietor of a business to establish basic aspects of their business and to immediately create the needed separation between the individual and the owner of the business. With completion and filing of this document, with the secretary of the state, the owner’s personal assets would be protected in the event the owner’s company is presented with legal claims against the company.
