A Wisconsin single-member LLC operating agreement is for sole proprietors that intend on creating a company with themselves as the only owner. This agreement establishes the management, ownership, rules, and conduct of how the business will be run in the future. For most companies, this agreement serves only to satisfy financial institutions and other agencies as a requirement to open a bank account, accept credit cards, obtain insurance, and any other related accounts. The agreement should be either signed in the presence of a notary public or signed via Electronic Signature with a timestamp for validity purposes.
