Alaska Partnership Agreement

An Alaska partnership agreement is a contract among the owners of a partnership formed in the state. The agreement will include each owner’s percentage (%) and the roles for each officer. A partnership agreement is signed and held by all parties of the entity. It is not filed with the Secretary of State.

“Partnership Agreement” Definition

“partnership agreement” means the agreement, whether written, oral, or implied, among the partners concerning the partnership, including amendments to the partnership agreement;[1]
