A Colorado partnership agreement is a contract setting the ownership terms along with general duties, liabilities and obligations of each partner in a business. Depending on the agreement type, partners may limit their personal liability in the financial dealings of the business.
Thoughtful partnership agreements are recommended for all businesses involving one or more parties, as the default rules set by Colorado may not reflect the wishes of the founding partners.
