A Mississippi partnership agreement is a legal record that describes duties, roles, and liabilities for all partners involved. It generally determines liabilities, dissolution, dispute resolution, duration, and ownership interests. The contract needs to be as exhaustive as possible in order to reduce future misunderstandings.
