A Missouri unsecured promissory note is used to ensure that the borrower and lender of a monetary loan are on the same page with regard to payment types, late fees, interest rates, and other important aspects. This note template is unsecured, meaning there is no section for security. As a result, the lender will be at a far greater risk of losing the loaned balance. To help combat this risk, the lender should only work with family, friends, and/or those with sufficiently high credit.
