A New Hampshire property management agreement relays the terms by which an individual or company agrees to manage real estate for a property owner. The agent or agency will work for services fees and/or a commission as compensation. As a property manager, they will be responsible for renting out the property to tenants as well as maintaining its condition. The agreement becomes legally binding once both parties have signed it and usually has a term of one (1) year with options for termination and renewal.
