An Arkansas commercial purchase and sale agreement is a legal contract detailing the transaction between an owner of commercial real estate and the potential buyer. This document contains all the necessary information regarding the property in question as well as the terms that will define how the transaction will transpire. The parties, buyer and seller, will go through this document with their respective real estate agents (unless the realtor is acting as a dual agent) and sign it when they are comfortable with the terms and conditions. A commercial purchase and sale agreement is binding upon the signatories until the closing of the real estate transaction or until the agreement is terminated (with a valid reason).
