An Alaska land purchase contract is a document used to buy land from a seller for an agreed-upon sales price. After the parties come to terms, the buyer will usually conduct their own surveys and tests to ensure the land is suitable for their needs. Once complete, the parties will come together to close and exchange the funds for the ownership of the property.
