• Vacant Land Seller’s Disclosure Statement – A seller of residential, improved property must provide the purchaser with a full account of the property’s current condition in accordance with the Seller Disclosure Act of 1993.^[1]
• Where to Record? – All deeds must be recorded in the Register of Deeds of the county in which the land resides.^[2]
