A Missouri commercial real estate purchase and sale agreement is a document containing the terms of the transaction between a buyer and seller of commercial property. This type of contract is most often presented to a property owner as an offer to purchase from a buyer. In addition to the price being offered, the agreement will usually include earnest money deposits, financing contingencies, and the conditions of closing. If the seller accepts the buyer’s offer, both parties will need to sign the contract to make their agreement legally binding.
