An Alaska roommate agreement is between individuals living in a shared residence. The agreement will consist of the monthly rent and responsibilities over utilities and other bills.
In addition, there should be rules for guests and the usage of common areas such as the kitchen and bathrooms. Cleaning times may also be included or the sharing costs of a cleaner.
Rental Application – Any roommate that is introduced into the property should be verified through a credit and background check.
