An increase/decrease rent lease amendment allows the landlord and tenant to change the monthly rent listed in the lease agreement. In addition, the parties can make any additional changes to the lease (i.e. extending the end date, allow pets, etc.).
Change of Rent
The increase or decrease in rent will occur on the specified start dated listed in the amendment.
