Minimum Termination Period – 10 days for week-to-week tenancy,[1] 30 days for month-to-month tenancy.[2]

Increasing Rent – No state laws. Therefore, the landlord must give 30 days’ notice to the tenant to accept or reject (which terminates the lease).
