The Florida BAR residential lease agreements are two (2) forms, single-family and multi-family properties, that let a landlord and tenant create a mutually benefitting relationship for the renting of property. A landlord is free to use the lease without the assistance of an attorney to lease their residential property. It is advised the landlord check the tenant’s personal details with a rental application to ensure they are employed and make enough income to support the rental amount.
