An Iowa Association of Realtors residential lease agreement is a standard rental agreement that includes the term of the tenancy as a negotiable. That is, it may be used for both fixed-term tenancies and month to month tenancies. This reusable contract form addresses a full gambit of the standard conditions and terms such an agreement should address. Negotiable terms unique to the agreement will need to be fully discussed and agreed to by all signature parties before being entered on the spaces provided.
