A Hawaii rent increase notice is sent by a landlord to a tenant to inform them of an increase to their month-to-month rent. This notice must be given at least 45 days before the rent increase becomes effective.

Laws

Notice Period: 45 days for a month-to-month lease.^[1] If the lease term is less than month-to-month, the required notice is 15 days.^[2]
