Massachusetts 30-Day Rent Increase Notice

A Massachusetts rent increase notice is a form delivered by a landlord to a tenant to give the legally required notice of an upcoming increase to the latter's rent. The landlord must give this notice at least 30 days in advance of the increase for month-to-month tenants.
