Oregon 90-Day Rent Increase Notice

An Oregon rent increase notice is a document given by a landlord to a tenant to give notice of an impending increase to the latter's rent. In a month-to-month tenancy, the landlord is legally required to give at least 90 days' notice before any rent increase may come into effect.
