A Kentucky Real Estate Commission (KREC) lease agreement is provided to give landlords a verified contract for renting their property. The landlord will use the form after a tenant has viewed the residence and has shown interest in the property. A prospective tenant is recommended to complete a rental application so the landlord may view their income and credit profile.
