- Delivery: Delivery of the notice may be made in person or by leaving a copy at the tenant’s last place of residence. Proof of service must be accompanied by a copy of the actual notice and an affidavit of service.[1]

- Penalty for Holdover: State law does not specifically determine the penalty for holdover. However, the landlord may pursue eviction and damages.
