A New Hampshire Lease Termination Letter Form (30-Day Notice) is a simple document that is used by either a tenant or a landlord to provide notice of intent to vacate a rental property. This document will provide the basic information provided to remain in compliance with state statutes and the terms and conditions contained in a written lease.

How to Write
Step 1 – Select the box that describes which party is sending notice
- Check the box
- Enter the date of the original agreement in dd/mm/yyyy format
Step 2 – Should the tenant be the party sending notice –
- Be certain to enter a mailing address where the security deposit may be sent
- Street Address
- City
- State
- Zip Code
Step 3 – Move Out Inspection –
- A move out inspection between the tenant and landlord should be arranged for the date of move out or as soon as possible for both parties
Step 4 – Utilities –
- Tenant must have their utilities either moved to a new address or turned off
- If the landlord wishes to have the utilities changed over the their name, the landlord must contact the utility companies to grant permission to do so
Step 5 – Signature –
- Whichever party is sending the notice, must provide their signature and printed name
