An Alabama landlord's notice to enter informs a tenant that the landlord will access the property within two days. If a tenant requests repair or other services, consent is already granted, and the two-day period is not required.

Notice can be used for

Repairs;
Maintenance;
Pest control; and
Health or safety reasons.

Other Landlord Access

Emergency – Landlord may access the premises immediately.^[1]

Property Showings – If the property is to be shown to a prospective tenant, reasonable notice must be given to the tenant.^[2]
