A Louisiana landlord’s notice to enter alerts a tenant or tenants of a property that the landlord will be coming on to the property in the future. Louisiana law does not specify how much notice is required, or specify all purposes for which a landlord may come onto the property. However, the landlord’s ability to access the property may be inferred from the lessor’s right to make repairs.
