New Jersey Landlord 1-Day Notice to Enter Form

Updated January 05, 2023

A New Jersey notice to enter allows a landlord to alert a tenant of a need to enter the dwelling. New Jersey state law does not specify a time frame for landlords to provide notice to a tenant to enter their rental unit. The landlord must receive consent from the tenant or have a court order in order to enter the unit for any reason.
