An Oklahoma notice to enter gives a landlord permission to enter a tenant’s rental unit for a designated reason. State law requires the landlord to provide the tenant with at least one (1) day notice before entering the property.

Notice can be used for
- Inspection;
- Making agreed or necessary alterations, decorations, improvements, or repairs;
- Providing agreed or necessary services; and
- Showing the unit to actual or potential buyers, contractors, mortgage lenders, tenants, or workmen.
Other Landlord Access
Abandonment or Surrender (§41-128(D)) – If a tenant abandons or surrenders their rental unit, the landlord may enter without notice or consent.
Emergency (§41-128(B)) – A landlord can enter a rental unit without tenant consent in the case of an emergency.
