Rental Agreement – A landlord and tenant can establish mutually agreeable rules for the landlord’s access to the rental unit in the lease agreement.[1]
Utah 24-Hour Landlord Notice to Enter Form
A Utah notice to enter provides a landlord the opportunity to obtain tenant consent to gain access to their rental unit. The landlord has to provide at least 24 hours' notice to the tenant requesting consent.
