Required Disclosures
1. Commercial Lease Disclosure Statement (conditional) – At the request of a prospective tenant, the landlord must provide a signed statement detailing the extent to which the property complies with applicable fire, plumbing, and electrical codes.[1]
2. Licensee Agency Status Disclosure (optional) – Although not required for commercial lease agreements, it is recommended that a real estate licensee involved in such a transaction disclose their agent status to all parties.[2]
