Tennessee Month-to-Month Lease Agreement

A Tennessee month-to-month rental agreement, or "tenancy-at-will," is a rental contract that continues indefinitely until the landlord or tenant issues notice to cancel. The minimum termination period is 30 days which can be issued by either the landlord or tenant.
