A Utah rental application is used by landlords when gathering information about potential tenants to rent their property. The most important factor is to know if the applicant can pay the monthly rent which should be no more than 1/3 their total income. After the tenant has completed and signed the application, the landlord will use the provided information to run a credit check.

- Application Fee – Application fees are non-refundable and there is no amount limit mentioned in state law (no statute).
