The Wyoming Rental Application is a document that is provided to an applicant so that they may provide verifiable information that may assist the landlord in the consideration of the applicant as a reliable tenant for a rental property. The applicant will be required to complete all of the information needed according to the document. Once completed, it must be returned to the landlord/agent for verification, evaluation and consideration. If there will be a co-signer, they must complete a separate application.

How to Write

Step 1 – Applicant’s Information – Enter the following (required):

Step 3 – Employment Information – Enter the following:

  • Indicate the current employment status by checking the appropriate box
  • Current employer (or most recent)

  • Your gross monthly salary
  • Household gross monthly income
  • AND

  • If there are other sources of income you would like us to consider, list the additional income source and person (banker, employer, etc.) who may be contacted for verification. You are not required to reveal alimony, child support or spouse’s annual income.

Step 4 – Banking Information – In the fields provided, enter all of the required banking and credit information:

Step 5 – Vehicles – Provide all of the required information for all vehicles:

  • Total number of vehicles (including company vehicles, motorcycles or any other type of vehicle

Step 6 – Answer the following

Have you or Co-Applicant ever (answer Y for yes and N for no)

  • Been sued for non-payment?
  • Been evicted or asked to move out?
  • Declared Bankruptcy?
  • Been sued for damage to rental property?
  • Broken a rental agreement or lease?

Step 7 – Criminal History

  • Applicant

Step 8 – Security Deposit

  • Landlord must enter the amount of the deposit
  • Landlord must enter the application fee, per adult, that is non-refundable

Step 9 – Applicant Authorization

Step 10 – Signatures

  • Signature of applicant
  • Date of applicant’s signature
  • AND
  • Signature of Co-Applicant (if any)
  • Date of co-applicant’s signature
