A Wyoming rental application is a form that is completed by a prospective tenant containing identifying information and a consent for the landlord to run a credit report. The application also gives consent on behalf of the tenant for the landlord to run the credit check, verify employment, check with references, and any other included permissions.
Laws
- Application Fee – There is no maximum amount a landlord may charge for an application fee (no statute).
- Security Deposit – There is no amount limit for security deposits (§ 1-21-1208).
