Idaho Voter Registration Form – Register to Vote in ID

An Idaho voter registration form is used to register to vote in the State of Idaho. All registrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and must have resided in Idaho for thirty (30) days prior to the election date. Registration forms can be submitted by mail or in-person to the voter’s local County Elections Office. This form should be submitted twenty-five (25) days prior to the election date. Voters may choose to register at the polls on election day, as long as they bring proof of ID and Idaho residency.

Where to Send Voter Registration Form – Forms can be mailed or delivered to the registrant’s County Elections Office.

Voter ID (§ 34-1113)- Voters must present photo ID or sign an affidavit (§ 34-1114).
