Pennsylvania Voter Registration Form – Register to Vote in PA

Updated August 11, 2023

A Pennsylvania voter registration form can be submitted by residents to register for upcoming elections. In addition to voter registration, the form can be used by previously registered voters to update personal information or change political party affiliation. Pennsylvania residents may only register if they have been a US citizen for at least one (1) month prior to the election and if they will be at least eighteen (18) years old on the day of the election.

After the form has been filled in, it can be hand-delivered or sent by mail to a local County Voter Registration Office. The state has also provided an online service through which users may submit their forms.
