South Carolina Voter Registration Form – Register to Vote in SC

Updated August 11, 2023

A South Carolina voter registration form allows residents of the State to vote in any local, state, or federal election. Voters must be citizens of the United States and be at least eighteen (18) years old on or before the election day. Furthermore, a voter may not be mentally incapacitated, incarcerated, or have been convicted of a crime against the election laws. If previously convicted, the individual may be able to vote if the sentence has been served or a pardon for the conviction has been granted.

The entire registration process can be completed online via the South Carolina Election Commission website. Registration can also be accomplished by completing the paper application and submitting it to a local DMV or County Board of Voter Registration office.
