A Utah voter registration form can be used by Utah residents to register to vote, preregister to vote if below the age of sixteen (16) or seventeen (17), or to change any voter information currently on file. Voters must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of the election and must be a resident of Utah for at least thirty (30) days immediately before the election date. The registration form can be submitted in person or online no less than seven (7) days prior to the election. Otherwise, it can be submitted to the County Clerk’s Office by mail if sent thirty (30) days before the election date.

Voter ID (§ 20A-1-102(83)) – Voters are required to bring either one (1) form of ID that shows the name and image of the voter or two (2) forms of ID that show the name of the voter as well as their address. Review the Identification Requirements to see the exact permitted forms of ID.
