- Seller Disclosure Statement for Unimproved Property – Sellers of unimproved residential-use land will need to provide buyers with a disclosure statement within five business days of signing the contract. The buyer must then accept or reject the deal after performing an inspection of the land and reviewing said disclosure statement; the buyer must do so within three business days of receiving the statement.[1]
- Where to Record? – All deeds must be recorded with the County Recorder’s Office in the county where the property is located.[2]
