  • The date of the bill of sale is known as (enter the date of the sale in mm/dd/yyyy format)
  • At a future date no later than (enter the last date payment will be accepted)
  • Other – If other terms have been negotiated, state the terms by entering them on the line provided
  • Buyer is receiving personal property as a gift
  • Seller accepts trade described as: (If this is a negotiated trade, enter the terms of the trade on the line provided)
