Louisiana Boat Bill of Sale

A Louisiana boat bill of sale serves as a receipt for a boat/vessel sale agreement between two parties, typically a private seller and buyer. In it, both parties must disclose the vessel's basic information and the agreed-upon purchase price. The new owner must then present the notarized bill of sale to the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF).
