An employee equipment agreement allows employees to use and take company equipment into the field or their homes. The employee will be fully responsible for the equipment, except for normal wear-and-tear. The employee will be able to use the equipment in accordance with the agreement, which is commonly for commercial use only.
The equipment must be returned to the employer if and when the employment ends.
