A one (1) page consulting agreement is a legal contract that defines the professional relationship between a consultant and client. The agreement contains general, all-encompassing language formatted to comply with any type of consulting profession. It is vital that the consultant provides the client with a clear description of the service being rendered, the agreement term, the expected compensation ($/hr or a fixed price), and all operating conditions necessary to protect their rights and interests throughout the duration of the contract.
