Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop client profile and evaluate client priorities;
- Respond to client communications;
- Interface with sales, product development divisions;
- Document client budget;
- Periodically update firm executives;
- Gather and analyze client customer data;
- Monitor trends in client’s industry; and
- Assist client with long-term strategy.
Qualifications
- Degree in business or sales experience;
- Good understanding of firm’s offerings and operations;
- Friendly personality, relationship-building skills;
- Comfort using large volume of data to analyze outcomes;
- Willingness to work occasional non-standard hours for client emergencies; and
- Budgeting and finance acumen.
