Alabama Subcontractor Agreement

Updated February 01, 2024

An Alabama subcontractor agreement is a legal document between a contractor and subcontractor that designates a portion of work to be completed that is part of a larger construction or related project. Depending on the agreement, the subcontractor may be responsible for their own employees, equipment, and/or materials. Depending on the size of the subcontractor’s work, payment may be made over the course of its work or at the time of completion. Ultimately, the contractor and client will be responsible for payment to the subcontractor upon completion of their work.
