An Arkansas 14-day notice to comply or quit allows a landlord to inform a tenant of a material lease violation. This is sent for a violation that can be fixed but is not related to paying rent (e.g. property damage, unauthorized pet, too many guests, etc.). If the tenant does not fix the issue they are required to move-out at the end of the notice period.
