A Nevada buyer agency agreement is a contract between a buyer of real estate and a real estate agent. It is used to relay the terms and conditions of the business relationship between the parties, including the agent's compensation for services provided and the term of the agreement.

Disclosures

Agency Disclosure Form – The agency disclosure form relays the duties owed to each party for whom the licensee is acting as an agent as well as each unrepresented party.[1]

Dual Agency – A disclosure form that is used to provide consent should an agent represent more than one party in a real estate transaction.[1]

Supplemental List of Licensees (Form 525A) – This form is used when more than one agent will be working on the case.[1]
