A website design non-disclosure agreement (NDA) protects confidential information that a company shares with a web designer. The confidential information should be described as detailed as possible. If the web designer shares any source code, backend data, or any other proprietary information, they could be liable and subject to damages.

How to Write

Step 2 – The first paragraph must include the date that the agreement is being created, the name of the first party, and the name of the second party.

Step 3 – The agreement type can be Mutual, in which both parties have ownership of the information, or Unilateral, in which only the first party does.

Step 4 – The State which will govern the agreement can be submitted. Both parties must sign the form to render it effective.
