An Alabama single-member LLC operating agreement is used by an individual who owns a company outright and would like to put, in writing, their business’s everyday practices, ownership, officer positions, and any other information deemed important. The form is not required by State law (Title 10A, Chapter 5A – Limited Liability Companies) although it is highly recommended to write and have notarized to help better the case for an owner that their entity is indeed a separate body than their personal belongings.
