A Washington DC multi-member LLC operating agreement is a legally binding document that comprehensively outlines the structures and operations of a multi-member company. In addition, the agreement records the owners’ investments, and percentage interests, as well as rights and responsibilities.
While LLC operating agreements are not required by law in the District of Columbia, it is highly recommended that multi-member companies implement such a document for legal purposes, among other reasons.
